DESCRIPTION:
The Geographica Project was the first International research Project promoted by the OSMTHU after the International Conference of Tomar in 1995. The main objective was to create a comprehensive repository of information on Templar related sites in Europe.
Members of the Order from Spain, France, England, Italy and Portugal contributed with many references, texts, photos and maps culminating with an exhibition in the Real Colegio de Abogados of Alcala de Henares in 1999 alongside an exceptional collection of books about the Order.
Technology has advanced a lot in the last 20 years. It’s time to bring the Geographica Project to the new century, using the power of the internet and cross border collaboration to create the ultimate Templar Site Database.
We want to include interactive maps, pictures, blueprints, digitized documents, digital renderings of long lost buildings, pointers to museums, collections and private sources, text entries with chronological references that go back to the original Order to most recent events (including the Templars in Popular Culture, film, legend, etc.).

La Fiebre Hemorrágica Boliviana (FHB), también conocida como Tifus Negro, es una fiebre hemorrágica viral y una enfermedad infecciosa zoonotica de Bolivia. Identificada en 1959, el Tifus Negro es causado por la infección viral con virus Machupo, un virus de simple hebra negativa de ARN de la familia de las Arenaviridae (Arenavirus). THE TEMPLARS IN CROATIA – MONOGRAPH
Croatia has a centuries-old Templar tradition, which is quite unknown to the general public. There are remnants of the vast Templar heritage throughout the country that has yet to be valued, studied and revealed.
Croatian Order of Knights Templar, association and fraternity, plays a key role in Croatia regarding the preservation and promotion of this heritage. A museological early initiative was undertaken in 2019 with the inauguration of the Headquarters and Templar Interpretation Center in Zagreb and an exhibition with the reproduction of some of the most relevant documents and the presentation of a first study by Marija Karbic Phd and Damir Karbic Phd from the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts, Department of Historical Sciences. Meanwhile an abundant archive material was collected from museums and archives in Rome, Budapest, Vienna and from the archives of the Zagreb Archdiocese and Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts. The collected material has not been presented to the public so far and will be used extensively in the new Project.
At the same time the leading Croatian academic historians and scientists were gathered around the Project. Their recognized expertise regarding these subjects is key to clarify and write the Templar history in this part of Europe and value the preserved Templar heritage on Croatian land.
The final result will be a monumental Monograph dedicated to the history of Templars in Croatia. After pictorial materials and historical documents have been collected, the making of the scientific paper is in progress, which will be followed by the graphic design of the monograph. The planned publication date is the end of 2020, when it should be presented to the Croatian and European public, first in Croatian and then in English language.
The Project requests the fraternal help and the involvement of other sympathizers of the sacred Templar medieval tradition to assist in collecting funds to publish such a historically important literary work.

A Ordem do Templo foi detentora privilegiada de segredos herdados da Tradição Secreta do Cristianismo, bem assim como de distintas outras fontes e quadrantes, maioritariamente de índole gnóstica, as quais, no Ocidente, num dado lapso temporal, se exprimiram por intermédio notadamente do Priscilianismo-Albigeísmo, da Matéria da Bretanha – Demanda do Graal e da Lírica dos Trovadores.
O candidato a cavaleiro Templário era avisado no acto de recepção de que não vira até então senão a aparência das coisas e que a vida que estava prestes a abraçar lhe exigiria uma tenacidade e um empenhamento incomuns e não apenas em consequência da componente militar que, essa, já ele constatara existir.
Tais segredos, concomitantemente imanentes e transcendentes, consubstanciando uma cosmogonia, uma teleologia e uma escatologia, formavam e informavam, transversalmente, quer a estrutura hierárquica, quer a práxis da Milícia.
Sendo de índole esotérica e gnóstica, a Cavalaria Espiritual praticada pelos Templários advogava e visava a submissão à vontade de Deus, mas acima de tudo a fusão com Ele, e não apenas a cega obediência aos ditames e dogmas exotéricos da Igreja Romana.
Após a suspensão da Ordem do Templo, em todo o orbe católico, a Ordem de Cristo (Ordem Templária de Portugal) tornou-se a herdeira universal de tal complexo de preceitos e práticas.
Tomar e Almourol testemunham o afirmado, sendo, em todo o mundo, os únicos lugares templários onde subsistiram vestígios materiais, palpáveis, dessa herança.
Isso, apesar dos ataques promovidos:
- Pelo Príncipe Perfeito, D. João II, em 1484, quando assassinou pela sua própria mão o Grão-Mestre D. Diogo, e forçou a mudança de rumo do Projecto Templário;
- Por D. João III, em 1529, ao encomendar a Frei António de Lisboa a reforma da Ordem de Cristo, a qual se cifrou num suposto desmantelamento do núcleo duro da instituição mediante a expulsão da totalidade dos freires iniciados, a par da destruição dos arquivos e de inúmeras evidências físicas das Ordens do Templo e de Cristo, com o intuito de erradicar de forma sistemática toda e qualquer memória do Projecto Templário.
Sem embargo de perturbada na sua estrutura externa (exotérica), o núcleo interno (esotérico) da Ordem de Cristo persistiu incólume e sem solução de continuidade, adaptando o seu magistério às novas circunstâncias, na, justamente denominada, Lusitânia Transformada.
Os Livros de Cavalaria, até então ancilares na pedagogia da Cavalaria Espiritual, metamorfoseiam-se. Doravante, os Livros de Pastores (Novelas Pastoris), apascentadores do Amor Platónico no seio de cenários bucólicos e florestais e sob um manto, em aparência, apenas literário, passam a cifrar a via gnóstica da Cavalaria Espiritual.
A conduta, eminentemente melancólica, dos Pastores em apreço, irmanados em Companhias, Ajuntamentos e Academias, invariavelmente, lideradas por um Maioral, manteve-se intensa até finais do século XVIII, alcançando a viragem do século XX, e concedendo a iniciação a Fernando Pessoa e a outros da sua geração, antes de “entrar em dormência”.
Com efeito, as várias dezenas de Obras cifradas, geradas pela ponderada actividade dos denominados Cavaleiros do Amor, constituem a derradeira, genuína e exclusiva fonte de acesso à tradição gnóstica da Cavalaria Espiritual em todo o mundo ocidental.
Por intermédio de uma tradição jamais interrompida, logo dispensando os revivalismos e os revisionismos, criados “ex-nihilo” e por medida, tão comuns nas abordagens disponíveis, a via da Cavalaria Espiritual, não obstante oclusa e mistérica, é susceptível de desvelar-se, surpreendendo pelo Rigor e pela Caridade do seu magistério, todos quantos se disponham a enveredar pelo estudo e meditação proficientes dos manuais em apreço.
É para tal que são convocados todos os companheiros filiados na Saudade Associação que desejem aprofundar experiencialmente (mediante um saber de experiência feito) o único sistema iniciático tradicional que remanesce no Ocidente.
No próximo dia 20 de Junho de 2020 (sábado), a partir das 14.30 h, realizar-se-á no Museu Hermético Português (Vila Nova da Barquinha) uma primeira reunião presencial durante a qual serão transmitidos aos afiliados detalhes adicionais, bem como serão adiantados esclarecimentos sobre os procedimentos propedêuticos a adoptar com vista a encetar o programa de trabalho individual no âmbito do PROJECTO CAVALARIA ESPIRITUAL.
Os afiliados impedidos de comparecer pessoalmente poderão, mediante utilização da respectiva palavra-passe, participar em directo, on-line, na reunião.
